To prevent against any eventuality, CPS uses a secure payment system.
The secure server SSL ensures the reliability of your payment by encrypting at the time of input, all your personal information we require to process your request (names, addresses, emails, bank details). While your data is transferred via the Internet, it is impossible to be read.
You will notice the https:// (http secure) appearing in the address bar, and the small padlock at the bottom of the page indicating that you are on secure pages.
Of course, if you prefer to use more traditional methods, CPS accepts credit card numbers by phone at our 1-866-630-3660 number and payments by cheque. Confidentiality will be respected equally.
- CPS assists customers and acts on their behalf to obtain either the Canadian Pardon of the National Commission on Conditional Releases or US Entry Restriction Waiver from DHS (Department of Homeland Security) or both, CPS does not provide legal advice.
Our Guarantee:
- CPS communicates with all government departments involved in the process of the Pardon namely Royal Canadian Mountain Police (RCMP), local police, courts, and National Parole Board (NPB)… in order to complete your file.
- By completing the online application you give explicit permission to CPS to act on your behalf to apply for a Canadian Pardon with NPB and / or U.S. Entry Waiver of DHS, and all fees are due immediately Except if you have a payment plan agreement with CPS
- Any criminal act by the applicant during the process of Pardon or Waiver would have consequences on your Pardon process.
- The confidentiality of your file is highly preserved, and CPS guarantees the protection of all information and data collected during these processes.
- The guarantees are applicable only to minor judgments, CPS would deploy all efforts, but it can not guarantee you a precise date of completion for your applications because we depend on regulatory processing time frames of different government departments
- All costs must be paid for your application to be registered with the National Commission of Conditional Releases. Any missing or late payment can lead to the closure of the file. The fees paid to the CPS are not refundable.
- CPS reserves the right to refuse treatment of any file and change the fees if they have changed by other departments involved in the process of Pardon and Waiver.
- CPS can not give any guarantee on the outcome of the US Entry Waiver with the DHS.
- If necessary CPS grants fingerprints destruction service.
- You are responsible for the shipment and mailing of all documents. Once CPS representatives receive payments of fees, disbursements are not refundable.
- If were found that you have no criminal record the RCMP and / or the local police process would cost $170
- Your eligibility for the quick service is conditional to the payment of all costs during the activation of your request. Administrative fees of $25 will be required for late payment. For any claim for consultations must be made 6 days after the first payment, a charge of $175 per application is in force. For any involvement in the process an advance minimum of $100 to pay through a payment plan under the agreement of the two parts.
- We ONLY accept cancellation notices via this cancellation form. You cannot cancel your account via email or phone, no exceptions.
- Accounts less than 5 days old, will receive a full refund on the service fees, minus $175 setup fees and/or administrative fees.
- Fees paid are non-refundable after files are sent to the Clemency and Pardon Division / Homeland security, no exceptions.
- Any application done on your behalf at the time of the order are subject to a $175 setup fees and/or administrative fees, no exceptions.
Consumer Act: (4) A supplier who is entitled to reasonable compensation under this section may,
(a) deduct the amount of the reasonable compensation to which the supplier is entitled from the refund, if any, that the supplier is required to give the consumer under clause 96 (1) (a) of the Act;
(b) recover the amount of the reasonable compensation to which the supplier is entitled from the consumer; or
(c) deduct part of the amount of the reasonable compensation to which the supplier is entitled from the refund, if any, that the supplier is required to give the consumer under clause 96 (1) (a) of the Act and recover the balance from the consumer
- All cancellations require a 30 day notice, prior to becoming effective, no exceptions.
- Cancellations are normally processed within every end of the month.
- If you have a dispute about a charge, we urge you to call us (1-866-630-3660) before disputing the charge with your credit card company. We will resolve any issues immediately. Charge backs are taken seriously and are automatically referred to a collections agency.
- If I paid by cheque or money order, Canada Pardon Services will issue a refund cheque and send it via normal mail. Refunds will be made within 15 days of the date of cancellation.
- If the cancellation form was not received before the billing cycle, your card might be debited of the due amount as part of the easy payment plan, if any.
What happens once we receive the cancellation form?
- We acknowledge your request and allocate you a case officer. We may ask for further information depending on the type of reasons that led you to decide revoking your application.
- We may refuse to cancel an application if it appears that your case is advanced and cancellation would not be in the interests of the process.
- We will notify you in writing if we grant the cancellation – or send you a warning notice if we are proposing not to cancel the application.
- I understand that by requesting this cancellation, I am authorizing Canada Pardon Services to remove all files and folders that are contained within my file on their servers. This removal includes all files, and administrative paper and the messages contained therein.
- I understand that I should request all my files to be mailed back to me to my own address before submitting this cancellation, or else those files may be lost. I understand that once Canada Pardon Services has removed the files from their server and folders they cannot be recovered or retrieved.
- If you are able to meet all of the above conditions, we will try to make a decision within two weeks of receiving your claim. However, this may take longer at peak times.
- If you do not receive confirmation from us after 15 business days, please give us a call at 1-866-630-3660 to ensure we received your form.
